Intelligent Networked Sensor Systems
The market for (optical) sensor systems is rapidly expanding. Apart from the sensor hardware intelligence on the chip as well as computing power for preprocessing and networking of sensors play an increasingly important role in the development of sensor systems. This development is driven by challenges from diverse application fields. As such the workshop provides a stimulating platform for exchange between industry and academia in the future-oriented area of (photonic) intelligent networked sensor systems and their application in automotive, industry, IoT, VR/AR, smart city as well as agriphotonic applications.
