Attosys Laser GmbH, a spin-off of Evosys Laser GmbH, offers customer-specific, automated solutions in the field of laser glass welding using ultrashort-pulse (USP) and CO2 lasers for the industrial production of microfluidics, MEMS, advanced packaging, and similar products from various industries that require joining glass without adhesives or additives.
